Slot punches are made to punch holes for badge clips.
We recommend punching one at a time. However, you may be able to do two or three at one time, depending on the thickness of the material you are punching.
No maintenance is required.
The slot punches produce an oblong-round hole. The dimensions of the hole are 1/8" x 1/2."
The slot machine punches the material at a margin of 1/2." On our 1500 model, you can set the depth and width of cutting.
Slot punches have a different die, which cuts an oblong round hole. They can only punch one hole at one time, with only one piece of material.
The paper punch cuts a round hole, and depending on the model, you can cut up to 7 holes at one time using multiple sheets of paper.
The model 1500 slot punch has adjustable guides, and an oblong round die. Die cutters are customized for a specific, uniform cut.
